Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel anytime. After cancellation you can still use paid features until the end of the current billing period (planExpiresAt).
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate payments or technical errors, which may be refunded after verification within 7 business days.
3. Payment approval
Manual bKash/Nagad payments activate after admin approval. Wrong TrxIDs or insufficient amounts may be rejected.
4. Grace & frozen
When a paid period ends, you keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After grace, the account is frozen — renew only from the billing page.
