How to upgrade
- Go to the Billing page (sign-in required)
- Choose Starter or Pro
- Pay with bKash and submit the TrxID
- After admin approval the plan activates — renews on the billing date
Trial & expiry
- You get a 30-day Starter/Pro trial during setup
- Without payment after the trial, you are limited to Free
- Paid users get 7 days of grace after expiry — then the account is frozen
- While frozen, renew only from the billing page
Import & export
Excel import and Excel export are not available on Free. On Starter+ you can import products via Excel and export orders/customers as Excel. Locked features show an "Upgrade" button.
