By using OrderKhata ("we", "the platform"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service description

OrderKhata provides order, customer, product, and delivery management software for online shop owners in Bangladesh.

2. Account & responsibility

You will provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all transactions and customer communications made through your shop.

3. Subscription & payment

The free trial applies for 30 days. If you do not pay after the trial, the account is limited to the Free plan. Paid plan billing runs on a 30-day cycle; the next period is counted from the payment approval date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity. Abuse of multiple trials is prohibited.

5. Service changes

We may update features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in-app notification.

6. Limitation of liability

OrderKhata is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Our control over couriers, payment gateways, or third-party services is limited.
